Using comics to teach

Using comics to teach

This looks like a neat book, the kind I would buy if I were still a classroom teacher. It also reminds me of the demonstration lesson I created for one of my first job interviews. I took several comic strips, cut them up and laminated the individual frames. The object of the lesson was for the kids (we’re talking 2nd – 3rd graders) to look at the mixed up frames and figure out how to put them in sequence. They had fun, and I got the job!
